Last week, we attended a wedding in Lake City, Colorado for friends, Jason Woods and Stacy Berner. It was a beautiful wedding in a cute little city. The Lake City population is only a few thousand, and most of the residents only live there half the year. According to the government, it is the most remote county in the entire continental US!
They organized lots of activities from lawn games to ice-cream socials and of course some hikes. We went on two hiking adventures, one to the lake and one up a mountain with elevation 12000+. Clara didn't enjoy the first part of the hike, and we were all huffing and puffing. I say its due to the altitude not my being out of shape. ha...
The views were worth it!
