We went to Alabama for Memorial Day weekend. Clara and I had to fly by ourselves as Phillip was working in Louisiana and drove up with the dogs. She did great on the plane. Didn't sleep this time, but managed to stay entertained with napkins, cups, and the pretzel bag. Amazing how something so simple can keep her happy for the 1.5 hour flight! Spent some time with Wyman's family and saw their new house before heading up to Russellville to see all the Hamiltons. We spent most of the time at the lakehouse visiting, playing cards, watching the kiddos play, and eating. Clara had fun playing with her cousins, especially Emmitt Samuel who is her age.
We stayed at Charlotte and Phillip Sr new house and got to see it all finished. It looks great. We rode horses in the barn, and Clara loved it! Everytime the horse would stop moving, Clara would start kicking. She is a natural... unlike her mother.
Bo, Daisy and Lucky wanted to watch too.
